Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and productive as possible. We have put together this short tutorial for our on-line shopping system to answer some questions you may have. Your Shopping Basket

The most important component of on-line ordering is your Shopping Baskets. An order is successfully completed when you add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and then complete your Checkout.

Adding a product to your Basket

When you see a product on our web site that you wish to purchase please click on the Order On-line button as illustrated below:

This will take you to the page in our on-line ordering system where you can add this product to your Shopping Basket.

Notice in the screen shot below next to the product picture it says Quantity in Basket: none. It is at this point that you will actually add the product to your shopping basket. Circled in the screen shot below is the button to add the product to your Basket. You can also change the number in the Quantity field if you wish to purchase more than one of that product. (For instance, if you wish to purchase 3 of that product, type a 3 in the Quantity field)

Clicking the Add to Basket button will add the product to your Shopping Basket, and take you to the Shopping Basket screen. See below for more information on the Shopping Basket Screen.

At this point you have the option of continuing to Checkout by clicking the Secure Checkout Button underneath your Shopping Basket if you are finished with your shopping, or continuing your shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping Button to return to the item you last viewed.

Adding Additional Items to Your Basket

If you are shopping for additional products there are several ways to continue shopping after adding an item to your basket. When you click the Continue Shopping button on the Shopping Basket page you are returned to the product page of the item you last viewed. From the bottom of the page there is a link back to the web site you selected your product from. You can click on that link to continue browsing our sites.

There is also an option to view all products available for online ordering in a category. Click on that link for fast links to order other products in a category. You will see a page similar to the one below:

You can easily shop additional products from there or use the links on the left to browse all of our categories in all of our sites. Also, if there are products related to the product you are adding to your Basket, you will find related products at the bottom of the page. For instance, for the Windchime that we added to our Basket earlier, there is a hanger bracket available:

We can add that product to our basket in the same manner as mentioned above. Again we have the option to continue shopping or proceeding to checkout. And no matter where you are on our site you can click on the button labeled "Basket Contents" to view what you have in your Shopping Basket at any time:

You will be taken to a screen similar to the one below:

From this screen you can both view and modify the contents of your shopping basket.

• If you have changed your mind and don't wish to purchase an item, simply click the Remove button next to the item's name.
• If you wish to change the quantity of a particular item that you are ordering, change the number in the Quantity field and click the Update button.
