Please note: Yankee Harvest is now exclusively a United Parcel Service Worldship shipping port. Priority Mail through the United States Post Office is for Alaska, Hawaii, Military Zip Codes and International Shipping ONLY. All other orders except for FIRST CLASS MAIL (over thirteen ounces), will be shipped United Parcel Service, and shipping adjustments will be made to the order. FIRST CLASS MAIL is still available for lighter (under thirteen ounces) items. Please make sure that ALL addresses are Accurate and Complete. If you have a time sensitive situation for receiving a product, please e-mail us for special handling on this matter. A small service charge may apply. We generally fill and ship ALL orders within two (2) to three (3) business days. Due to seasonal demand and volume, Holiday orders will be processed in the order received and take longer to fill and process.
Custom and special orders take longer to fill and will be processed in the order received by our vendors. We have no control over the delivery carriers used by our vendors for "Drop-Ship" ordered products, their tracking information, or special orders and their processing methods.
Shipping charges are based on UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (US Postal Service) rates that consider the total weight of your package, and the size of your package, and the destination of your package. Keep in mind your Yankee Harvest orders are shipped from Hamden, CT., so the CARRIER RATES and DELIVERY TIMES will vary by how close (or far) you are from this shipping location area in Connecticut.
Generally your order should arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your carrier and location within your state. Please allow extra time for the rush times and volume during seasonal times, holidays and inclement weather (...this sometimes does happen in Connecticut...!).
Below are the approximate number of business days it takes to receive your parcel, once the order is processed in Connecticut. The shipping times listed are for UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Shipments ONLY.

In general, our shipments are sent both by USPS and UPS. Please NOTE: YOU, the customer chooses the delivery service and method of shipment. This determines how fast it will be delivered to your destination. That is not the responsibility of Yankee Harvest. Please allow extra time for the carriers rush times and volume, seasonal surges, especially during holidays and sudden New England inclement weather changes.
If ordering online, shipping charges, based on your total order weight, can be viewed once you enter your selection of products and shipping destination. You will see your total charges including shipping before your finalize your purchase.
If you live outside the U.S.A. and order any products from Yankee Harvest, please note that customs and country postal regulations are constantly changing.
NOTE that Additional charges may be added to your order, due to the method of shipping you choose. Ground shipments are costed by carrier shipping weight, but if you choose UPS - NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, the carrier shipping charges are by TOTAL SIZE OF THE PARCEL (LxHxW), NOT the TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL...!
NOTE: This cannot be programmed into the ordering shopping basket computer and additional shipping charges will be added to your order. We have shipped to many countries around the world and will ship to almost any country in the world...!
Yankee Harvest, LLC. shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from fire, strikes, New England weather conditions, casualty, inability to obtain materials, manufacturer delays, acts of war, seasonal or holiday "rush" volume or other causes beyond our control.
NOTE: All items are subject to availability from the manufacturer or supplier, and may change without notice. Items may also be discontinued without notice, if they are sold out, or as a result of the manufacturer or supplier decision to discontinue the item.

We are assessed a $5.00 surcharge for every address correction that U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) makes in order to deliver your parcel properly. If this address correction situation occurs, you agree to be billed for that extra UPS surcharge, if applicable, for delivery of that parcel with the UPS address correction problem.
Claims for shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete.
We are not responsible for damage after our delivery to the carrier. ALL CLAIMS for damage and hidden damage upon opening, must be reported to the carrier immediately and filed with the carrier by the customer.
If your order was damaged in shipping please call United Parcel Service (UPS) at 800-742-5877 or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) at 800-275-8777 and report the damage. They'll start a claim and notify us so that we can send you a replacement.
CUSTOMER NOTE: If not INSURED by you at time of ordering, Yankee Harvest is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages, once placed with an authorized carrier such as U.S.Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) or Federal EXPRESS (FedEX).
Do not send the damaged items to us. Both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) require the recipient (CUSTOMER) to file the damage claims. Keep the box, damaged item(s) and all packing materials, in case the carrier sends out a claim investigator and wants to check them and take pictures of the damaged item(s).
Note: Cartons without a postmark have been shipped by U.P.S. - United Parcel Service.

You can place your order through our secure on-line server, the mail (Air Mail), or by fax. Print out the Adobe order form on your printer, and fill it out clearly. Then let us know what you would like to order, item numbers, quantities, color choices, your correct billing and shipping addresses and method of payment. A current home phone number AND e-mail address are very important, in the event we have questions regarding your order and need to contact you.

ALL our International Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Air Parcel Post delivery or Global Priority. Please note that Yankee Harvest, LLC. is not responsible for duties, tariffs, or additional customs charges that can incur when shipping outside of the United States. Packages can be insured to most countries, but not to all destinations. Also not all items can be shipped to all countries. Please check with your local postal or customs agent before ordering any products.

ALL HALLOWEEN PATTERN BOOKS, CD's of any type, AND PATTERN STENCIL SETS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND you agree ALL SALES OF THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

IF ANY ITEM PROVES TO BE UNSATISFACTORY WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND (EXCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND RESTOCKING FEE), SUBJECT TO THE MERCHANDISE BEING IN RESABLE CONDITION AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CARTON AND PACKAGING MATERIAL.
We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is the result of our error. Please note that we can not exchange items (unless they are defective or damaged).

No returns will be accepted after THIRTY (30) days from time of invoicing. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all RMA returns. All returns must have proper RMA authorization code on the package before return is valid. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
REFUSED - UNCLAIMED PACKAGES (Refused - Unclaimed Packages/Unauthorized Return Materials). We are only a fax or e-mail away, and will gladly assist you. See contact information located at top of this page. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Yankee Harvest, LLC. is not responsible for late delivery, loss or damage caused by delays in delivery to wrong addresses, weather, casualty, inability to obtain materials, manufacturer delays, carrier delays, fire, strikes, acts of war or other causes beyond our control. Once a package is placed with an authorized carrier, the responsibility for proper and timely delivery, falls upon the carrier. No returns for late delivery will be accepted.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all "Refused - Unclaimed Packages/Unauthorized Return Materials". ALL RETURNS must have proper RMA authorization code on the package before return is valid. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
Product to be returned should be packed very carefully, and sent postage prepaid and insured against loss or damage. Yankee Harvest is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned goods.
Please be advised, Yankee Harvest cannot provide you credit for a return without confirming its receipt. We strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured against loss or damage.
For a defective product under manufacturer's warranty, we may request that you ship it directly back to the manufacturer, along with our proper RMA authorization code PRINTED on the OUTSIDE LABEL of the return package. We strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured against loss or damage.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.
